Our Policy
It is the policy of Geoville Consulting Limited to adopt strict measures in conducting its operations
so as to ensure the safety of persons and properties and maintain a leadership role in our services
with our numerous clients.
Quality Management Policy
The company has put in place a pool of highly competent QA/QC department manned by a senior QA/QC
Officer that carries out checks on all the data acquire from the field, during office processing and
the final product. All field sheets and field data are to be signed by the QA/QC officer who also
carries out the check to ensure that all data are error free.
An Inspection/Quality Control
Officer shall at all stages be present to ensure that the appropriate standards of quality are achieved
and that tests are duly conducted where and when necessary.
Geoville Consulting will not
compromise any level of quality in any part of stage of the works.
Pre-commissioning test will
be carried out on every completed stage of the work. The entire electrical joint will be protected
and insulated to avoid partial contact as well as electric shock. Pressure test will be carried out
on all the plumbing work and the existing flow lines. Penetrant test shall be conducted for structural
welds by the use of aerosol sprays in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
All
tests shall be non-destructive process. A pre-commissioning manual exists specifically for this
purpose.
Client representative and commissioning Engineers shall be obliged to inspect this
work scope. This scope amongst other matters, cover test of pump and other electrical equipment and
connections, pipes and pipe joints, water treatment plant and storage facilities.

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Policy
All matters relating to HSE shall be appropriately dealt with in the manner and to the codes and
standards applicable to the work at hand. All staff to be employed on the project shall be thorough
medically examine and they shall be provided with details of information on the prevention of health
problems.
All activities shall be organized, planned and executed in a manner as to promote the
health of the workforce with no adverse effects to third parties.
Geoville shall aim to reduce
unsafe acts and/or conditions while strengthening unsafe act audit as a proactive and corrective tool
for accident prevention.
Unqualified team effort by management and the workforce shall aid the
achievement of this target. As part of the policy to maintain a good health and safety status, it
shall be an offence for any staff or associate to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession
of any non-prescription drug such as Cocaine, Amphetamine, Marijuana, Hashish or other illegal or
controlled substance while working or residing on any job site.
This policy shall apply to all
operations and all locations on a 24-hour basis and unannounced searches and screening shall be
conducted to ensure compliance.
Each member of the work force shall perform his work in an
environmentally sound manner. It is Geoville policy to promote and encourage awareness and to protect
and preserve the environment.
All waste generated during the project shall be collected, handled,
treated and disposed in such as way as not to have adverse impact on the environment. Regular
environmental assessment shall be conducted by our environmental quality control team.
At the conclusion of all activities, the ultimate goal shall be to leave the work-site in a condition
as near as possible in the state it was at commencement. Clean-up teams shall remove all debris to
prevent injuries to lives and preserve the order of the habitant.
To enhance safety further, a
securing of the site is necessary since this is the only way the site may be guaranteed exclusion of
unauthorized entry, vandalization, etc. Such entries if allowed would not be inimical to the plant,
equipment and entire system but shall almost certainly raise the incidence of tamper with, and damage
to equipment with equally severe consequences.
